All domestic orders are shipped using Norgespakke with Posten. You will receive tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns must be made via our return system or as agreed with our customer service. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us, and we therefore recommend tracked shipping.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
